The New American Center for Performing Morons (NACPM)
[I keep giggling as I look up and read the title again]
I think of it in Bush/Cheney terms.
Bush is a moron and Cheney is an asshole....
I'd rather deal with morons than assholes, because then there is always hope that someone intelligent will come along, but assholiness is not as replaceable or as hopeful. And there is also hope that you can persuade a moron to do better things and the asshole... well, it's much more difficult.
I'm with Carla on this one in more ways than one (giggle): The New American Center for Performing Morons (NACPM). Moron connotes innocent naiveté - the ability to be duped into thinking or acting differently. We like people we can dupe into believing that how we feel or what we think and believe is right. There's power in that.

It sounds like maybe it's some sort of the community theater organization and that puts on moronic performances based on moronic choices of scripts. Like bringing "Transformers," the movie, to the stage. That totally wouldn't work!
I googled both to see if I could be inspired to select one based on the results, and I have to tell you that it was amazingly dull.
I do respect that the A**holes are professionals...though it does beg the question: does this indicate that their wages are paid by their a**holeness, or does it merely tell us that they are a**holes that happen to be professional white-collar types. That would make a difference. I'm intrigued.
In fact, so intrigued that I would prefer to go to their convention than to some dullard convention of idiots on unicycles juggling trash.
NAPA, although I think its membership would quickly swell to such numbers that subsidiaries would become necessary. Think NAPAGA (National Association of Professional A**holes in Governmental Auditing) and NAPAPP (National Association of Professional A**holes in Political Polling).
I completely agree with Jb. Performing morons all the way. Not because I would probably laugh at them, but because nobody likes an asshole, let alone one who is professional. It's their job to be an asshole... I know a few people in that 'association.'

I'd just point out that it is quite possible to be in both organizations. For example, Donald Rumsfeld is a key member in both NAPA and NACPM.
The answer: NAPA.
